Owner + Stylist
Hi babes! My name is Stephanie Lee. I am proud to be the owner of Teased Hair Salon. I was never the girl growing up who wanted to do hair and actually started hair school because I hated college. Through my journey at Aveda Institute of Atlanta, I discovered this unexplainable passion for hair. I knew I wanted to go as far as I could in this industry and share my love for it with as many people as I could. My favorite part about this industry is being able to make people feel beautiful and the fact it’s given me the opportunity to meet so many amazing people! I am so blessed to be where I am today!
Meet Ava
Level 2 Stylist
Hi, I’m Ava! I’m originally from Ohio, but Columbus has been home for a while now. I’ve been in the hair industry since high school, and I genuinely love what I do. I specialize in blondes, brunettes, and extensions are my absolute favorite—but I’m always a sucker for a fun, fresh haircut too.
Most importantly I want to create your perfect look.
What I love most about my job is being around women and helping them feel their best and most authentic selves.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my dog, thrifting, playing guitar (mediocre at best), or getting lost in a book—and, of course, romanticizing every part of life.

Meet Autumn

Hey there! I’m Autumn, a Columbus native who’s been obsessed with all things hair for as long as I can remember. I specialize in dimensional blending to give you that seamless, lived-in color that turns heads. Lately, I’ve been diving into the world of extensions, and I’m so excited to help my clients add length, volume, and confidence to their look!
When I’m not behind the chair at Teased Hair Salon, I’m probably hanging out with my pack of dogs – seriously, I have a lot of them, and they’re my whole world. I also love checking out new coffee spots around the city, binge-watching my favorite shows, and soaking up every bit of this vibrant Columbus life.

Meet Amaya
Level 2 Stylist
Hi everyone! I’m originally from Kansas City but spent about four years living in St. Petersburg, Florida before moving to Columbus, GA to be with my boyfriend. I’ve been doing hair for almost six years now, and I specialize in lived-in color and extensions — I really love creating natural, low-maintenance looks that still feel fresh and customized.
Outside of work, I’m all about travel, beach days, and quality time with friends and family. I’m a big believer in making people feel comfortable and confident, whether that’s in my chair or just in everyday life. I’m excited to connect!

Independent Stylist
Hey Teased Babes! I’m Kate, originally from Iowa but I’ve been on quite the journey, moving all over the U.S. for the last 10 years. I’ve been in the hair industry for almost 4 years now, and I absolutely love what I do! My passion lies in all things blonding, creating gorgeous lived-in color, and working with extensions to give you that perfect, full-bodied look.
Building connections with each of you and helping you achieve your dream hair is what truly makes my job so rewarding. Independent Stylist
Hi! My name is Natalie Burnette! I’m originally from Birmingham, Alabama, but my husband and I currently reside here in Columbus, Georgia! I graduated from Auburn University, Class of 2018! While attending Auburn, I also was a full time cosmetology student! It was a crazy journey, but more than worth it! I’ve always had a passion for all things hair and decided to make a full time career out of it! Behind the chair is my happy place! I truly love making women feel confident and happy, it’s the best thing about my job! I specialize in blonding, natural balayage, and color corrections! I would love to meet you and give your hair the love it deserves!
Meet Kambrie
Apprentice
Hey pretty lady! I’m Kambrie, and assistant here at teased. I’ve called the Columbus area home for the past 10 years, but I’ve lived about everywhere, I guess you could call me an army brat. One thing that’s stayed constant? My love for hair. From coloring my mom’s hair in the kitchen as a kid to now creating looks that help people feel their absolute best, I always knew this was the path for me.
I’ve been with Teased for 2 amazing years now, and I truly couldn’t imagine a better place to be. The stylists here have become like family, and I’m so grateful for the clients who’ve let me be a part of their hair journey.
Whether you’re looking to kick off the week with a flawless blowout, refresh your color, or need a glam updo for your next big event, I’m your girl! I love making people feel confident, radiant, and totally themselves.

Meet Melanie
Apprentice
I’m 19 and have been an apprentice stylist at Teased Hair Salon since August 2024. Becoming part of this team has been such an inspiring experience—I love learning from the talented stylists around me and expanding my skills every day. I’m especially passionate about mastering color, extensions, and modern styling techniques that help clients feel confident and beautiful.
What I enjoy most about being in the salon is connecting with people and being part of a team that feels more like family than coworkers. Every day brings something new to learn and someone new to make feel amazing, which is exactly why I love what I do.
When I’m not at the salon, I’m usually spending time with my dog, Zero, playing pickleball, or getting in a good workout at the gym.

Salon Manager
Hey, I’m Cate Cruickshank, your Salon Manager at Teased Hair Salon! I’ve been managing salons for five amazing years, and let me tell you, it’s been a blast!
Whether it’s matching you with your perfect stylist, squeezing you in for an event that night, or just getting you a cup of coffee, I’m all about making sure your experience is top-notch.
And hey, while I’m busy making sure Teased is running smoothly, I’m also juggling textbooks because I’m on a mission to snag that Political Science degree. It might sound like an odd combo, but trust me, it keeps things interesting.
