Assistant Program

Our Assistant Program is a hands-on, paid learning experience designed for licensed stylists seeking real-world training before transitioning to a commission stylist role. Assistants will work directly under master stylists, gaining foundational knowledge in client relations, salon systems, advanced techniques, and business-building strategies.
